How far is Le Champery from Mont-Tremblant ski resort?

Le Champery is a 7-minute drive from Mont-Tremblant Resort. The ski shuttle stops directly at the estate entrance, giving you quick access to slopes, golf, dining and year-round activities without needing a car.

How far is the estate from Saint-Jovite?

Saint-Jovite is about 15 minutes by car (12 km). The area has grocery stores, local restaurants and shops with generally better prices than the pedestrian village.

Are there restaurants and shops near Le Champery?

A general store (Marché Bonichoix) and several restaurants are within 900 metres of the property. The Mont-Tremblant pedestrian village with 30+ dining options is just minutes away by car.

Are there trails for hiking, biking or skiing nearby?

The cycling trail starts at the estate entrance. Hiking and ski trails run throughout the region, including Mont-Tremblant National Park and Domaine Saint-Bernard.

Is Le Champery in a quiet neighbourhood?

Yes. The estate sits in a peaceful residential area surrounded by nature. Guests enjoy privacy and quiet while remaining minutes from everything Mont-Tremblant has to offer.

How many guests can Le Champery accommodate?

Up to 26 guests across six suites. The two large suites (3 bedrooms) welcome up to 8 guests each. The four intimate suites (1 bedroom) welcome up to 3 guests each.

Are the kitchens fully equipped?

Yes. Every suite includes a full kitchen with appliances, utensils and tableware, suitable for both short getaways and extended stays.

How many bedrooms and bathrooms in each suite?

Le Champery 1 and 4 each have 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Le Champery 2, 3, 5 and 6 each have 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

What bed sizes are available?

Queen and single beds, depending on the suite and bedroom configuration. Each suite page shows the exact setup.

Is there a washer and dryer?

Washer and dryer are available in the two large 3-bedroom suites (Le Champery 1 and 4). The smaller suites do not include laundry.

Is there a hot tub, pool or sauna?

The estate has two swim spas (including one 17 x 8 ft) and two saunas seating 6 each. All are operational year-round and reserved exclusively for estate guests.

Are there fireplaces?

Yes. Two fireplaces are available on the estate, located in the large suites.

Is there an outdoor terrace?

Yes. A 2,000 sq ft landscaped terrace is shared among guests for barbecues, gatherings and outdoor relaxation.

Is there a barbecue?

Two barbecues are available: one electric and one gas.

Is Wi-Fi included?

Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is included in every suite at no extra charge.

Can I work remotely from Le Champery?

Yes. The high-speed connection handles video calls and file transfers comfortably. Several guests use the estate as a work-from-anywhere base during their stay.

Is parking included and free?

Yes. 8 free parking spots are available on site. Spots can be reserved in advance depending on season and occupancy.

Is the parking area cleared in winter?

Yes. Snow clearing is handled throughout the winter season.

Can guests arrive late at night?

Arrivals are expected before 8 PM. If you anticipate a later arrival, contact us in advance to arrange access.

Are pets allowed?

Pet-friendly stays are available upon request and approval. A $100 fee applies per stay.

Are events and celebrations allowed?

Events are permitted for groups booking all six suites, with reasonable noise levels and respect for the neighbourhood.

Are there quiet hours?

Respectful noise levels are expected at all times. The estate is in a quiet residential area and all guests are asked to be considerate.

What is the minimum stay?

2 nights minimum. This may vary by season and demand.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes. A minimum $300 deposit is required, refundable within 4 days of departure after a property inspection.

What is the cancellation policy?

50% of the reservation payment is refundable upon cancellation.

Must all guests follow house rules?

Yes. All guests must respect the house rules, occupancy limits and estate guidelines throughout their stay.

Is self check-in available?

Yes. Guests receive detailed arrival instructions and access codes before check-in for a fully autonomous experience.
